Researchers are invited to submit papers encompassing conceptual analysis, design implementation, and performance evaluation. Rigorous review by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees ensures the quality of accepted papers. All accepted papers will be published by Springer and will be indexed by EI Compendex. Distinguished papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be published in international journals indexed by SCI.
